On June 29th, 2021 Graduation Ceremony and Farewell of the School of Electrical Engineering was grandly held at the Main Teaching Building, Campus A. 300 undergraduates, 241 master graduates and 37 doctoral graduates successfully completed their academic tasks and embarked on a new journey of life at the moment.
Party Secretary of the School, Xie Kaigui, Li Jian, Dean of the School, Jiang Xingliang, Wang Mingyu, Vice Chairman of the Degree Evaluation Committee and other teacher representatives attended this event. The ceremony was presided over by Wu Jia, Deputy Secretary of the Party.
Li Jian extends the sincerest blessings and the most ardent expectations to the graduates. He told the students to calmly face the good times and setbacks, confidently devote wisdom, strength and efforts into the development of the country.
Professor Hu Bo, as one of the teacher representatives, delivered a speech at the ceremony. He highlighted the importance of doing research in a down-to-earth manner for our graduates.
Guan Guohui, graduate from Grade 2017, on behalf of all the students, expressed his gratitude to the school and teachers, and stressed that he would actively work in the field of scientific research to repay the school and the motherland with excellent results.
Professor Wu Shaoqi, Chairman of the Education Fund Management Committee of Academician Sun Caixin, also delivered a speech. She congratulated the students for finishing a stage of the learning process and for achieving abundant academic success.
During the ceremony, Dean Li Jian, Secretary Xie Kaigui, Professor Jiang Xingliang and Professor Wang Mingyu awarded degree certificates and graduation certificates to all graduates.
