On March 22th, 2022, Chen Lin, Director of Party Committee Office of Chongqing University, Zhang Jianping, Deputy Director of Confidential Office, and Liu Dongkun visited the School of Electrical Engineering for communication and discussion. Hu Jianlin, Secretary of Party Committee of the School of Electrical Engineering, Hu Xuesong, Wu Jia, Deputy Secretary, Zeng Liqiang and Zhang Rong attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Hu Jianlin reported in detail the achievements and difficulties that the school has made and faced in the construction of “first-class” discipline, the optimization and reorganization of State Key Laboratories, the development of Xuefeng Mountain field station, space solar platform, talent team and other aspects. Wu Jia introduced the school’s work in party member development, student employment rate and honor system construction. Zeng Liqiang comprehensively introduced the security work in aspects of the construction of security hardware facilities and the management of secrecy-involved projects.
Zhang Jianping expressed his gratitude for SEE’s long-term support of confidential work and emphasized two points that are to strengthen publicity and education on confidentiality and to strictly implement the closed-loop management of secrecy-involved research projects in school’s daily work.
Chen Lin suggested that the school should continue to focus on the characteristics of the discipline to promote rectification work; It is also hoped that the school could take the initiative in planning and organizing experts to carry out decision-making consultation and advice on national development.
