On November 13-15, 2020, organized by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and co-sponsored by Chongqing University, the 12th International Postgraduate Scholarship Information Seminar was successfully held online and offline simultaneously. The school of Electrical Engineering (SEE) undertook a brach venue seminar.
The University of Warwick (UoW), one of the top universities in the UK, was invited to attend the branch venue. Ms. Kate Whiston, the regional manager of the International Admissions Office of UoW, gave a keynote speech at beginning of the seminar and introduced the admission policies and campus life of the University of Warwick in detail to our students. In the Q&A session, our students actively participated to ask questions about admission requirements and scholarship applications.
The University of Manchester, one of the elite universities in the United Kingdom, was invited to participate in the inter-university exchange activities in the branch venue. Professor Xiao Ping from the School of Materials from Manchester and Professor Yang Zhifang and Professor Li Qi of SEE had rich exchanges and discussions on the development of international cooperation between the two sides.
