【个人基本情况】

    熊青,重庆大学教授、博士生导师,等离子体先进诊断与应用实验室(Lab-APDA)负责人, 从事非热等离子体的激励与控制、在线原位诊断、等离子体应用研究,主要包括:气体放电过程及机理、低气压等离子体刻蚀/沉积工艺在线原位监测、气/液与气/固界面相互作用、激光维持高气压等离子体(LSP)等。主持多项国家自然科学基金(3项)、省部级及企业科技研发项目(8项),以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表期刊论文70余篇,参与英文专著1部,国际/国内学术会议邀请报告10余次,2014年获湖北省优秀博士论文。

    2019.09-至今:   重庆大学电气工程学院,教授。
