Master graduated at 2020, professor Luo Quanming first joined in an enterprise in Shenzhen. When he realized that he loved school more and his personal value should be realized in education career, he resolutely gave up his high-paying job and returned to pursure a doctor degree in 2005 at School of Electrical Engineering, where he has been working ever since.

Luo believes that graduate students are the collaborators and the main force of scientific research. He always states that there is a common goal for both students and teachers which is to learn well and make great achievements.

Many master and doctoral students under professor Luo's supervision won national scholarships and the awards of "excellent graduation thesis" of Chongqing and Chongqing University.
